About Me

From a young age, my profound interest in nutrition and its impact on both health and athletic performance has driven me to dedicate myself to the field of dietetics. I commenced my undergraduate studies in Nutrition at the University of Nicosia in collaboration with the University of Hertfordshire in London, graduating in 2015. Building upon this foundation, I pursued a master's degree in Sports Nutrition from Middlesex University in 2017. Currently, I am deeply engaged in my doctoral studies at the University of Nicosia, focusing on the influence of the Mediterranean diet during pregnancy on children's dietary allergies.

Since 2018, I have been operating my dietetic office in Nicosia, where I offer counseling and design personalized dietary programs tailored to the unique goals and needs of each individual. My diverse clientele includes individuals seeking weight management, athletes, children, and those dealing with clinical conditions such as diabetes, kidney disorders, gastrointestinal problems, and more. In each session, I closely monitor their progress and provide ongoing support, encouraging the adoption of new, healthy choices seamlessly into their daily lives.

Throughout my academic journey and beyond, I have actively volunteered in various presentations and events at schools, aiming to promote healthy eating habits. Since 2019, I am privileged to collaborate with the Cyprus Special Olympics Federation, contributing through anthropometric measurements and conducting seminars for athletes, all aimed at enhancing their health and performance.
